The role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into internal systems, spreadsheets, or databases with high accuracy.

• Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies before entry.

• Maintain and organize digital records and files.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Perform regular data quality checks and correct inaccuracies.

• Generate reports and summaries when required.

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update necessary information.

• Maintain data entry logs and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma in any discipline.

• Proven experience in data entry, back-office operations, or administrative support preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.

• Fast and accurate typing skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of data management and reporting.
