Regional Business Head / Key Account Head

Job Description:

The Regional Business Head / Key Account Head will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with key accounts while driving business growth in the Eastern region, primarily across West Bengal and Odisha. The role involves strategic account management, revenue growth, and ensuring strong engagement with major retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key retail accounts in West Bengal and Odisha, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between the company and partners.
• Drive sales growth and revenue generation through effective account management and market development.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and onboard new strategic partners where required.
• Conduct regular market visits and partner meetings to strengthen relationships and monitor market performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution and service delivery for key accounts.
• Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities within the region.
• Provide regular business updates, forecasts, and strategic inputs to senior management.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel 15–20 days per month across the region.
