Opigno LMS Developer
Job Description:
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Opigno Developer to design, develop, and manage a scalable Learning Management System (LMS) tailored for both customers and employees. The LMS will support learning journeys around Cloudoffis products, enabling structured onboarding, certification, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop a custom LMS using Opigno (Drupal-based)
Customize and extend Opigno modules to meet business requirements
Integrate LMS with internal systems (CRM, HRMS, product platforms)
Build role-based learning paths for customers and employees
Develop dashboards for tracking learning progress, certifications, and analytics
Optimize platform performance, scalability, and security
Implement gamification features (badges, quizzes, certifications)
Manage deployment, versioning, and maintenance of the LMS
Collaborate with product, HR, and customer success teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong experience with Drupal (8/9/10) and Opigno LMS
Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with REST APIs and integrations
Familiarity with LMS standards (SCORM, xAPI preferred)
Knowledge of Linux environments and deployment pipelines
Experience with Git version control
Good to Have
Experience building SaaS platforms or internal tools
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Understanding of learning experience design (LX/UI for LMS)
Prior experience in B2B product environments
