Job Summary
The Company is seeking a skilled Opigno LMS Developer to design, develop, and manage a scalable Learning Management System tailored for both customers and employees. This role will play a key part in building structured learning journeys around the company's products, enabling effective onboarding, certification programs, and continuous upskilling.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Drupal and Opigno LMS, along with the abilityto translate functional learning requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with product, HR, and customer success teams to build an engaging and high-performance learning ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop a custom Learning Management System using Opigno (Drupal-based).
• Customize and extend Opigno modules to meet specific business and learning requirements.
• Integrate the LMS with internal systems such as CRM, HRMS, and product platforms.
• Build and manage role-based learning paths for customers and employees.
• Develop dashboards to track learning progress, certifications, and analytics.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement gamification features such as badges, quizzes, and certifications.
• Manage deployment, versioning, and ongoing maintenance of the LMS platform.
• Collaborate with product, HR, and customer success teams to align learning initiatives with business goals.
• Ensure proper documentation of system architecture, features, and workflows.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in LMS development, preferably with Opigno and Drupal.
• Strong hands-on experience with Drupal (8/9/10) and Opigno LMS.
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with LMS standards such as SCORM and xAPI is preferred.
• Knowledge of Linux environments and deployment processes.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
Good to Have
• Experience building SaaS platforms or internal enterprise tools.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of learning experience design and LMS user interfaces.
• Prior experience working in B2B product environments.
Functional Understanding
• Ability to translate learning and business requirements into scalable LMS features.
• Experience designing certification programs, structured learning paths, and role-based
access systems.
• Strong understanding of content structuring and learning workflows.
