Executive Assistant to the CEO
Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO for an Accounting KPO working with US CPA firms. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations, managing cross-functional coordination, and driving execution of key initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to US accounting or taxation will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule
Coordinate with internal teams and US-based CPA clients to track ongoing and upcoming work
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and scheduling (domestic & international)
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and client communication
Track progress across projects, operations, compliance, and finance-related activities
Assist in documentation, SOP creation, and process improvement
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and third-party stakeholders
Ensure timely follow-ups and execution of action items
Support company-wide communication and implementation of processes
Required Skills:

Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced KPO environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
3+ years of experience in Executive Assistant / Operations / Business Support roles
Experience in calendar management, scheduling, and coordination
Exposure to Accounting KPO / US CPA firms is preferred
Basic understanding of US accounting or taxation is a plus
