HR Manager (Manufacturing Plant)
Job Description:
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage the overall HR function of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, performance management, talent retention, succession planning, and policy implementation.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills, preferably with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
- Arrange manpower through local networks, recruitment vendors, and external consultants
- Coordinate with recruitment firms to ensure timely hiring closure
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and HR best practices
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and daily HR operations
- Conduct performance appraisals and support employee development initiatives
- Draft and implement KRA/KPI structures in coordination with department heads
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, HR MIS, and management reports
- Plan employee engagement activities, training programs, and retention initiatives
- Support workforce planning and organizational development activities
- Implement HRMS and other relevant software for effective HR operations
- Manage talent retention and succession planning initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Management
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HR software tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing manufacturing environment
- Strong decision-making and people management skills
