Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing key customer accounts in the steel and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and key clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in assigned territories.
  • Handle the complete sales cycle, from inquiry generation to order closure and payment collection.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as production, supply chain, and logistics to ensure timely material delivery.
  • Understand and fulfil customer requirements related to CRCA, GP, GC, HR, and coated steel products.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize commercial terms with clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements to support strategic decision-making.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and promptly resolve queries, complaints, and issues.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and account performance analysis for management review.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and drive repeat business generation.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of orders and projects.

Required Skills

  • Strong B2B sales and key account management skills with proven ability to manage existing clients and generate business from key accounts.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, including production, supply chain, and logistics departments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good knowledge of steel products and the steel processing industry.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and support business development activities.
  • Problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work under targets, pressure, and strict deadlines.
