Job Description:
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Executive Assistant to support senior leadership with day-to-day scheduling, coordination, communication, and documentation. The role will be responsible for ensuring effective management of leadership priorities, meetings, follow-ups, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior leadership.
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.
Draft, proofread, and organize professional emails, communications, and correspondence.
Coordinate with HR, Operations, and other departments on behalf of senior leadership.
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
Track action items and follow-ups to ensure timely closure.
Maintain organised records, documents, and confidential information.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion.
Support leadership in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional attitude with strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
