Job Description:
About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our TA Business Operations team at GIFT City. The role
involves supporting end-to-end investor servicing, transaction processing, fund administration, and compliance
activities for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and Mutual Funds.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, transfers, capital calls, and
distributions.
• Support investor onboarding, KYC/AML verification, FATCA/CRS compliance, and document verification.
• Maintain accurate investor records and transaction data.
• Coordinate with Fund Managers, Custodians, Trustees, Distributors, and Investors for operational
activities.
• Review transaction reports and reconcile operational data.
• Assist in preparation of MIS reports, investor statements, and regulatory submissions.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures, service standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Address investor queries and operational issues within defined timelines.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IFSCA, AML/CFT, FATCA/CRS, and other applicable regulations.
Preferred Background
• Experience in AIF Operations, Mutual Fund Operations, Transfer Agency Operations, Fund
Administration, or Investor Services.

Candidate Profile:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related discipline.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in TA Operations, Fund Administration, Mutual Funds, AIFs, or Investor
Services.
• Good understanding of capital markets and fund operations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
