Job Description:
Responsibilities -
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Core web fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Hands-on with CSS preprocessors like Sass/Scss/Less
- Must have hands-on experience in ReactJS and delivered project/s on ReactJS
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Experience with front end tools such as Babel, WebPack, Npm
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in front-end architecture, including performance optimization, accessibility, and usability
- Good understanding of JavaScript dom-manipulation techniques, asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design
- Experience working with RESTful APIs
- Understanding of SEO principles
- Ability to design and implement highly scalable applications with a passion for the user experience
- A self-driven and conscientious mentality and a commitment to innovate with high- quality work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities -
- Work closely with design, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices.
- Translate user stories and use cases into functional application features.
- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Determining the structure and design of web pages.
- Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
- Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.
- Participate in the decision-making process (Showing why matter for any implementations)
- Mentor junior software engineers -- it’s the best way to collaborate, innovate and contribute to growth.
