Job Description:

Job Role and Responsibilities:

 

  • Seek and acquire new client relationships by understanding the customers financial needs(working capital) and provide suitable solutions in terms of providing bank/NBFCs products and services 
  • Manage the client relationships by handling activities ranging from identifying clients financial needs, advising and structuring the deal
  • Liaison between Bank and client so as to ensure that disbursement happens
  • Create new promoters relationships with SMEs to originate business

 

Deliverables:

 

  • Source 5 clients and ensure that these are disbursed in a month
  • Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance

 

Product/Customer Handled:

 

  • Working capital, Term loan, Project finance
  • SME clients/Corporate Agri clients
  • Wealth management/Insurance/CASA where the candidate has exposure to MSME/corporate clients

 

Skills and Competencies:

 

  • Ability to negotiate deals, with the ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment
  • Strong sales and relationship management skills
