Job Description:

 

 

This role will take ownership of the business development  and Key account management opportunities for prospective clients at the enterprise level 

The ideal candidate is an extraordinary communicator, able to articulate our service offerings in a way that excites and engages the client and creates innovative, customized strategies to achieve their goals.  And lastly, you have an approachable, “roll up your sleeves” attitude that will drive accountability within your sales team.

Responsibilities:

Accept accountability for enterprise sales policies, procedures, and quotas; analyzing data and performance to create successful close strategies


Respond to, negotiate, develop, communicate and renew Request for Proposals (RFP’s) and Request for Information (RFI’s) for enterprise accounts

  • Successfully conduct demo meetings to understand prospect needs and position us as a thought leader in helping organization serve their clients better
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding  current and emerging market trends
  • Work with cross-functional teams to plan, implement and constantly fine tune the business development process
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and success of efforts, measuring actual results against desired outcomes, and providing weekly reporting to leadership team
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; a great communicator in every medium
  • Able to ask tough questions and handle the pressure of a high-growth sales environment
  • Willingness to host video calls a must
  • Be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude, unafraid to challenge the status quo

  2. No health issues
  3. Face to face or field meeting exp mandatory
  4. Laptop must before join
  5. Self-reliant
  6. Social out going person NOT introvert
  7. Computer skills
  8. Problem solving skills
  9. 90% role is WFH hardly one day a week is out.
  10. Need Own good condition working Laptop, High speed Internet
  11. Need to do prospect screening
  12. Need to give training to the customer
  13. Should have excellent Microsoft experience
Offered Benefits / Facilities :
  •  Working hours :10:00 am - 07:00  pm ( Monday to Saturday)
  • Alternate Saturdays off in Month -1st and 3rd.
