Job Description:
Keyskills : Knowledge of all SAP modules like MM, PP, SD, Master Data. Able to manage SAP user T-Code authorization
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to identify and define the business needs technical solution to fulfill the requirements
- Develop manage implementation plan and implement deployment strategy
- Responsible to create, maintain and communicate requirements, conduct analysis, coordinate the design of solutions establish metrics for success
- Write detailed requirements specifications, functional specifications technical design document, use cases, workflow charts, test plans
- Responsible for requirements traceability, user acceptance testing, results verification, defect resolutions overall release sign-off
- Provide support for users by writing maintaining user documentation
- Analyze proposed changes of product design to define effect on overall system, and coordinates recording of modifications for management control
- Exploit SAP integration to minimize redundant data entry
- Exploit SAP configuration to enable generic rule that simplify decision making for the user
- Develop policies and procedures to manage approve budgeted support hours
- Discuss with SAP Consultant team regarding incident and CR related requirements.
- Enforce compliance with policy and procedures by supporting internal external auditors
- Working as per SAP Authorization Matrix (Z:IT: ERP2)
- Weekly SAP CR and Incident review meeting with SAP Consultant team.
- Prepare SAP CR and Incident report weekly and Submit to HOD.
