Role:
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring hygiene on core sales operations including creation and execution of SOPs for:
a. Timely raising of invoices and collection of payment by liaising with accounts and
sales team
b. Timely processing of refunds and cashbacks
c. Updation of customer records, project details etc.
d. Resolving customer escalations within defined timelines.
2. Coordinating with cross functional teams to reduce time to resolve issues
3. Creation of timely dashboards and MIS for business heads
4. Ensuring customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCE REQUIRED:
? Engineer + MBA from premier institute. Selective very strong candidates with relevant
experience without MBA may also be considered.
? Customer service Acumen.
? Desire to exceed growth, and working in a fast paced environment.
