Accounts Manager - DSA Partnerships
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business processes and products for the assigned business functions thoroughly so client management is smooth. DSA online and offline agencies are clients to be managed
- Interacting with the existing key client stake holders day in- day out for a smooth process and maintaining the relationship which helps to grow further.
- Independently identifying the newer opportunities within the existing set of accounts to do cross sell/up sell of further products, which eventually increase the monthly revenues.
- Interfaces between client and internal stake holders so the committed deliverables are on time.
- Preparing weekly/monthly revenue monitor plan so targets are met.
- Identifying the competitors reach within same account so no loss of the existing business moves to competition.
- Provides timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts
- Conducing senior management meeting on monthly basis with key stake holder at client place.
- Clear set of expectation with client and internal stake holder for any new opportunity brought on the table.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in fintech start-ups preferably retail lending domain or partnership vertical (Not a show stopper but first preference). Have experience in account management.
- Knowledge on how Retail Lending Industry works and credit products suitable for customers (Not a show stopper)
- Would be add on, if the candidate understands the Credit Bureaus, LOS, LMS, Loan process and comes from same back ground.
- Have previously managed clients like DSA agents and DSA Agencies and understand the internal process and challenges. Background with Lending, Fintech’s, Payment Gateways, Lending Systems, Third Party Lending Product/API’s etc.
- Good client management skills, open to travel PAN India, if required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
- Ability to work independently and with others within the company for timely deliverables.
- Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline driven environment.
