Job Description:
Job Summary:
As a Asst.Manager (HR) you will be responsible for handing recruitment to exit process, smooth operations between employee and employer, policy and SOP modification and implementation along with employee’s performance marking and report to Head of the department HR.
Roles and Responsibilities:
? Timely Effective Recruitment
? Induction and Training of Employees
? Policy and SOP Implementation
? Timely Process of Payroll and Compliances
? Other Administrations duties such as housekeeping, attendance tracking, asset checking etc.
Education and Experience:
? Candidate must having MBA in HR or MBA in Business administration or LLB or equivalent master’s degree.
? Candidate in between 8 to 12 years of experience in similar profile will be required.
? Candidate with construction, infrastructure, manufacturing industry will get preference.
? Great communication, drafting, written, speaking skills required.
? Candidate with having Payroll software’s, ERP and Advance excel expertise will preferred.
