Job Description:
Back office coordination job
- Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.
- Created customer contact letters and maintained sales account information with MS word and MS Excel.
- Should be comfortable using emails
- Operating Computer and Internet, receiving and replying emails.
- Should be comfortable using computers and internet
- Should have basic knowledge of tally
- Should be good in presenting data in ppt format
- Should have excellent working knowledge of MS Office. (Word , Excel, Powerpoint )
- Should be able to handle large data
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
