Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE

 To build incremental sales with Revenue growth by appointing/Developing New and existing channels.

 To do secondary sales and tack team secondary and ensure Market share gets improved in the Assigned territory.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

 a) Primary Responsibility (Critical to the function – Must be done)

  To do & Track Daily Secondary and Primary conversion at Retail Level and Distribution level.

  To ensure Implementation of and monitor SFA/FAA and monitor Day Wise call Norms and productivity norms, Range selling & Focus Product Placement set by the company

  To monitor the usage of DMS

  Town-wise analysis and ensure vacant towns/Station mapped and appointment of Channel Partners

  Effective execution of Company Loyalty Program at the Retail & Electrician level.

  To Monitor/collect Dealer/Distributor outstanding and collection follow up

  Effective execution of Company Loyalty Program at the Retail & Electrician level.

 

b) Secondary Responsibility(Other areas of responsibilities like follow-ups, being backup for team members, and other activities. 

  Weekly updation on Competition Pricing and Activity

  Tracking of Marketing Activity

  Liquidation of Old/Slow moving Stock

  Party CF conversion

  Overdue payment collection.

 

ACCOUNTIBILITY & AUTHORITY

 Accountable for Increasing sales and revenues by tracking overall secondary and primary sales along with effective usage sales tolls by LAS and others.

 

COMPETENCIES - SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

a) Educational Qualifications and Experience

    Graduate & must have Knowledge of DMS & SFA working

b) Functional Skills

   Must be Knowing Excel & PPT

   Should understand DMS and SFA

   Must be Analytical
