Job Description:
- Conducting research to identify potential customers or clients for the company's services.
- Generating leads through various methods, such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the company's services.
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as operations, and logistics, to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and making recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Developing and implementing customer retention strategies to ensure that customers continue to use the company's services.
- Developing and maintaining a database of potential customers and tracking the progress of each lead.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and taking action to address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to customers.
Requirements-
- Any graduation
- Should be proficient in basic computer skills, such as data entry and the use of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- A minimum of 1 year is a must.
