Job Description:

Job Brief

Responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects while maintaining high quality standards.

Reporting to

HR head

Roles and Responsibilities

? Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

? Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.

? Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.

? Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and necessary paperwork.

? Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.

? Support the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

? Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.

? Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits enrollment.

? Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

? Provide guidance and information to employees on compensation and benefits-related queries.

? Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements.

? Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.

? Support HR audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

? Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support decision-making and identify trends.

? Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement and monitor occupational health and safety programs.

? Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.

? Perform task as per allocated by reporting manager and authorities

 

Skill Sets

? Previous experience in an HR role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

? Sound knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.

? Familiarity with recruitment and selection techniques, performance management, and employee relations.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and stakeholders.

? Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and other relevant tools.
