Assistant Manager Inside Sales (Retail-Cement)
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken candidate to join our inside sales team. The incumbent will develop relations with existing customers, communicate with customers, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on accounts
- Act as a specialist at servicing the existing customer base, keeping those relationships going and staying attuned to opportunities to sell to it again
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
- Manage contract renewals and extensions, seeking opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services
- Act as the primary point of contact and build a deep understanding of the client's business needs, challenges, and objectives
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the account and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Explaining and demonstrating features of our services
- Staying informed about competing products and services
QUALIFICATIONS-
- BE/Btech/Bachelor`s degree
- 1+ years of Key account management and inside sales
- Knowledge of region-specific languages where they will be deployed
- Prospecting and closing skills
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Customer service acumen
- Desire to exceed growth, and work in a fast paced environment
