Job Description:
Seeking a Talent Sourcer located in our Ahmedabad office to identify and engage with candidates on various openings for both our HR Consulting practice, as well as internal hiring needs. The HR
Consulting team specializes in executive and professional recruiting, compensation consulting, outsourced HR solutions, and customized HR services pertaining to our client’s talent needs. Sourcing
candidates for internal talent will be for both US and India locations. Your ability to identify and attract exceptional candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our hiring processes.

 
What You’ll Do:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other online resources to identify potential candidates that match the requirements of open positions.

Candidate Engagement: Initiate contact and engage with prospective candidates through personalized messages, emails, and phone calls to effectively communicate job opportunities and generate interest.

Collaboration: Partner with our Executive Recruiters to identify candidates, develop internal recruitment processes, and enhance our overall candidate experience.

Building Talent Pipelines: Continuously build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings through proactive sourcing strategies. Develop relationships with passive candidates and stay informed about industry trends and talent pools.

Data Analysis: Ensure data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Identify and analyze recruitment trends, pipeline activity, and candidate feedback to make informed process recommendations.

Coordination: Assist with scheduling interviews for candidates, recruiting team members, and hiring managers. Conduct candidate reference calls and perform frequent check-ins.

Technical Aptitude: Gain a thorough understanding of our client’s needs and proactively conduct industry research to aid in identifying talent for our open roles.

 
What You Bring:
Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer in an agency or in-house recruiting team with a minimum of 2+years of experience

Familiarity with Workable or other applicant tracking systems
 
You have strong knowledge and familiarity with various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn, Slack, Github, Vettery, Underdog, etc.
You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbally

Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and candidate relationships

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members and proactively problem solve

Data-driven, results-oriented, and self-motivated

Integrity and confidentiality

Ability to thrive and prioritize in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment

Exceptional judgment and proven ability to work independently
