Sales Coordinator - DSA Channel
Job Description:
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team, focusing on the DSA (Direct Sales Agent) channel. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales coordination or a similar role. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the DSA sales team, ensuring smooth communication, efficient processes, and optimal customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

DSA Support:
- Collaborate closely with DSA sales agents to facilitate seamless communication and support their sales efforts.
- Provide timely and accurate information to DSAs regarding product offerings, promotions, and sales targets.

Order Processing:
- Process sales orders and ensure accuracy in product details, pricing, and customer information.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant documentation.
- Generate regular reports on DSA sales performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction within the DSA channel.

Training and Onboarding:
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new DSAs, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent our products and services effectively.

Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales coordination or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
