Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities within a designated geographic zone. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and enhance market share within the assigned region.  
 
Responsibilities:
 
•   Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. 
•   Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. 
•   Set and monitor sales targets for the zone, ensuring they align with overall company objectives. 
•   Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand market presence. 
•   Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. 
•   Develop and manage the sales budget for the zone, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. 
•   Monitor and control expenses to optimize the cost-effectiveness of sales operations. 
•   Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights into key performance indicators. 
•   Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
•   Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and major accounts. 
•   Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 
•   Ensure that the sales team operates within legal and ethical standards. 
•   Implement and enforce company policies and guidelines. 
•   Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. 
 
Qualifications: 
 
•   Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 
•   Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions. 
•   Knowledge of the industry and market trends. 
•   Ability to travel within the assigned zone as required.
