Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Target potential clients through thorough market research.
  • Qualify leads through cold calls and personal visits.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to refine targeting strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct initial qualification of leads to ensure alignment with company services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services to prospects through personal visits.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and challenges.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, including key metrics and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze and improve lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Upto 1 Year
  • Proven experience as a lead generator or similar role in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
