Job Description:
- Industry: (Banking, NBFC, Fintech).
- Work Location: Ahmedabad (Makarba)
Description:
- Ensuring daily, monthly and quarterly targets are met.
- Ensuring that the sourcing partners also meet the set targets by extending the support required.
- Improving month-on-month conversion numbers to reach the level of competition.
- Collaborating with internal tech team and partners to resolve tech issues so that the TAT of disbursal is reduced
- Ensuring proper team structuring and allocation of work according to skillsets
- Ensuring that the team is adequately facilitated and motivated
- Collaborating with marketing team to ensure adequate top of the funnel flow to achieve target.
Required Skillset:
- Proven leadership skills; should have handled a team of 10 at least.
- Excellent negotiation skills and good persuasion abilities
- Patience and ability to listen to and take care of team issues
- Should be okay to get hands dirty by working very close to front runners
- Should have excellent data-reading ability.
