Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

To lead OPEX project supporting achieving company level objective on financial, customer focus, operations, learning & Development, Value adding time for each team members & managers. This shall be achieved through effective reviews, visuals, audits, reward & training for new project as well as sustaining the part achievement. Finally, factory incorporating information technology tools in a phase manner. Finally, we are national and international award-winning company & part of lean tourism.

 

  • Ensuring that RYG Review are done weekly, and corrective action are taken, to achieve a level more than 80% of action completion. -
  • To ensure that audits are conducted by yourself and others qualified auditors for sustaining the results of the projects like 5S, EHS, SCM, OEE, etc.
  • To give comments on accuracy of data considering the Floor, Feeling and Figures.
  • To ensure that minutes are prepared, actions are added in the action master bank.
  • To ensure that non-Conformities are transferred in corrective action master bank.
  • To work very closely with OPEX lead and Executive Director / HQEPL team.
  • To Coordinate and agree the schedule with Here Quality Team.
  • To proactively seek trainings and input guidance from Here Quality Team
  • To Ensure Samadhan Activities/ Celebration are done on time.
  • To lead and support in identifying root cause analysis for defects, nonconformities, Low OEE or other quality failures.
  • Act as a change agent to develop a culture of continuous improvement, lead and motivate others to take actions, and accomplish improvement goals through teamwork.
  • To conduct the process Audit and raise the NC to concern and provide the handholding support to close them.
  • To assist in successful training conduction to concern.
  • To Assist in NC’s closure, ensuring NCs are closed on time, providing the physical support to team members.
  • To monitor and ensure the Gemba Checkpoints followed.
  • Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
  • Good Analytical skills, Problem solving skills, Soft skills.
