Job Description:

As the HR Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives. Additionally, you will lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the effective delivery of HR services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with the company's objectives and regulatory requirements.
  2. Lead and manage the HR team, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
  3. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding activities.
  4. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
  5. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, in compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
  6. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices, including labour laws, employment standards, and health and safety regulations.
  7. Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development planning.
  8. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees at all levels.
  9. Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentive schemes, and employee benefits packages.
  10. Provide HR support and advice to management and employees on various HR-related matters.
  11. Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  12. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic workforce planning initiatives.
  13. Handle payroll, monthly salary, incentives etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, with a minimum of [insert number] years of experience in HR management.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively lead and develop a team of HR professionals.
