Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities and facilitate the sale of vehicle loans to potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers visiting the showroom to understand their vehicle loan needs.
  2. Present loan products and explain their features and benefits to customers.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and networking.
  5. Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  6. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  7. Keep abreast of market trends and competitors' offerings to provide valuable insights to customers.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  10. Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-learning.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of loan products, particularly vehicle financing options.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Product – 2 Wheeler Finance
  • Experience – Minimum 1 year
  • Location- Ahmedabad
  • Qualifications – Minimum 12th Pass
