Job Description:
Responsibilities :
  • Manage the Director's professional and personal schedule, including agenda preparation, emails, calls, and client management.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, ensuring smooth communication and information flow to senior executives.
  • Arrange travel (domestic and international), including flights, accommodations, and visa requirements, adhering to preferences.
  • Provide administrative support: document preparation, spreadsheet creation, filing system maintenance, and managing contact databases.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Organize team communications and internal and off-site events.
  • Liaise with the Director, tracking work plans, projects, and deadlines, ensuring timely updates and confidentiality.
  • Manage the directorate's filing system, mailing lists, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and phone messages.
  • Process expense claims for Directorate members and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Respond to internal and external information requests, updating website/intranet content as required.
  • Serve as a point of contact for visitors and staff, providing information as necessary, and addressing general inquiries.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees 
  • Should maintain day to day activity in Google Calendars, Google sheets, Social media i.e. Whatsapp., Linkedin, etc. etc.
  • Require knowledge in ERP and Tally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, dealing with people at senior levels professionally and with appropriate confidentiality.
