• We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented MIS Analyst, who will play a crucial role in data analysis and automation, contributing to the efficiency and success of our operations. The candidate will play a crucial role in extracting meaningful insights from data to drive informed decision-making within the operations department. The ideal candidate should possess a strong proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Create complex formulas and functions in Excel to automate data analysis and calculations.
• Design and develop Excel dashboards and reports to provide insightful data visualization and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support for operational improvements.
• Identify trends and patterns within data sets, offering valuable insights to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular validation and cleansing procedures.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
• Develop and maintain macros to automate various processes and tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as MIS Analyst/Executive.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, and macros.
• Experience in designing and developing Excel dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
