Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

 

1.Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell our products/services.
2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing their queries, and providing tailored solutions.
3. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
4. Record Keeping: Accurately record and update customer information and sales activity in the CRM system.
5. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.
7. Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, market conditions, and product/service improvements.
