Sr. Executive/ Executive – Lending Ops
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Expertise:
Loan Process Management: Manage the entire loan lifecycle, including KYC, disbursal, collection marking, loan cancellations, etc.
Verify loan documents and agreements in line with SOPs and within defined TAT.
Validate KYC documentation and monitor loan cancellations.
Process Optimization: Continuously review and modify processes to reduce TAT and improve productivity with a customer-centric approach.
Candidates with experience in automating verification processes will have an advantage.
Compliance & Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of KYC norms, digital lending regulations, and the loan verification process.
MIS & Reporting: Create accurate and timely MIS reports and conduct data analysis to identify, track, and resolve issues.
Issue Assessment: Evaluate the resolution of identified issues and share improvement trends with management.
Stakeholder Management:
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with teams across Risk, Finance, Tech/Product, etc., to ensure smooth loan disbursals and reconciliation.
Partner Collaboration: Work closely with lending partners to ensure adherence to defined lending processes and make corrections where necessary.
Compliance Adherence:
Audit Management: Handle all audits related to the verification process and other parts of the lending operation.
Data Security: Ensure no violations of data security and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Postgraduate/Graduate in any discipline from a reputed University.
Experience: 2-4 years of operations experience in Banking, NBFC, or Fintech, specifically in lending.
Digital Lending Experience: Prior experience in digital lending is essential.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to follow defined processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Solid understanding of compliance regulations and process documentation.
Proficiency in Excel and data management.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
