Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead – Qcommerce ( National Key Account Manager) to join & lead the Quick-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through effective account management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving Primary & Secondary Sales, Operations, Inventory, pricing, and gross margins for the Channel.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with national key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Increase Market share for the brand and at the Category level.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of account strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive account plans and performance reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and implement improvement strategies as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure to maintain commercial hygiene for the channel. Collection and getting the timely reco done between Qcom & company through stakeholders.

Requirement :

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA highly preferred.
  • Min 5- 10 Years of Experience in E-commerce,  Should have min 2 years exp in Q-commerce (Managing Blinkit /Zepto /Instamart/Big Basket).
  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the Q-commerce or retail sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Can be from FMCG, Textile, General Merchandise, Home decor, Luggage industry etc.
