Job Description:

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement activities, and HR coordination processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good coordination abilities, and a basic understanding of HR practices and labor compliance.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment with exposure to multiple HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and selection
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Handle onboarding and induction processes for new employees
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee lifecycle activities
Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures
Support HR documentation and administrative activities
3. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities
Address employee queries and support grievance handling processes
Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment
4. Payroll & Compliance Support
Assist in payroll coordination and validation activities
Support statutory compliance processes including PF, ESIC, and related documentation
Maintain HR reports, trackers, and compliance records
5. Performance Management
Support performance appraisal and review processes
Assist in KPI tracking and employee performance monitoring
Coordinate with reporting managers for performance-related documentation

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR functions
Freshers with strong communication and learning aptitude may also be considered
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Recruitment exposure in industrial/manufacturing sectors will be an added advantage
