Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic interviewing knowledge, and experience in HR functions such as onboarding, payroll, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:
Conduct initial screenings and interviews for potential candidates.
Assist in coordinating interview schedules and follow-ups.

Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed seamlessly.
Provide support and guidance to new employees during their initial days.

Payroll Management:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Assist in maintaining payroll records and addressing employee queries related to salary and deductions.

Compliance Management:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and support audits.

Key Skills Required:

Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of interviewing techniques.
Familiarity with onboarding processes.
Experience with payroll systems and procedures.
Understanding of HR compliance and labour laws.
