What will you do?  ?Help our team to grow our email list organically  ?Design and execute email marketing campaigns and email automation for our 1st and 3rd party  email list.  ?Ensure campaigns run smoothly and within deadlines.  ?Drive value and retention of receivers, by managing email list.  ?Analyse performance and formulating innovative ideas to increase open rates and CTR's and  conversion.  ?Create email campaigns based on user persona, user buying journey, user funnel stage, etc.  Understanding user psychology and what kind of copies work with the users is a must.  ?Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/ B tests, and promotions that succeed  through email   Your qualification:  ?2+ years' experience with email marketing  ?Hands-on experience with ESP like Dotmailer.  ?Hands-on experience with email managing tool like Mailwizz or Mautic and SMTP service  providers like Mailgun, SendGrid, Amazon SES etc  ?Must be well versed with all the technical aspects of promotional emails.  ?Hands-on experience of working on campaigns involving large audiences.  ?Ability to communicate, collaborate, advocate ideas as well as execute and take ownership of  those ideas.  ?Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score,  deliverability, and sender reputation  ?Should understand CSS & HTML.
