 We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (Team Lead) to lead our international business development efforts.  This role involves generating qualified leads, setting up high-value appointments, and building strong pipelines in the international market (US, UK, Europe, APAC, etc.).  The ideal candidate is a selfstarter with a proven track record in B2B lead generation and a passion for driving growth through strategic outreach.     Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a small team of BDMs while also being hands-on in individual contributions. Mentor, train, and support junior BDMs to achieve team targets.    Required Skills & Experience   8+ years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales in international markets. Strong leadership capabilities with prior experience managing a small BDM or sales team.  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho). Experience with outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone. Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
