Job Summary:
Lead and supervise a team of engineers across multiple product lines. Ensure technical excellence, team development, and alignment with global engineering strategies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement global/local engineering strategies and best practices.
- Act as liaison between global engineering and local teams.

- Develop and manage KPIs, SOPs, and workflows.
