Job Description:

Job Role and Responsibilities

The primary roles and responsibilities of an Inside Sales Executive include:

  1. Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calling and email interactions.
  2. Diligent follow-ups with inbound leads supported by subsequent email communications.
  3. Route qualified leads to outside sales team by initiating appointments.
  4. Respond to queries from online portals like Indiamart etc 
  5. Keep track of sales / returns etc 
  6. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  7. Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts.
  8. Have a strong eye for research and ability to scout for new prospects, identify the key players in an industry and gather interest.

 

Competencies and Skills Required

  1. Must possess good communication skills.
  2. Must have good planning and organisational skills.
  3. Strong understanding of sales cycle.
  4. Strong secondary/internet research skills.
  5. Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments.

But when he learnt that he had become the uncle to an adorable little niece, he spent the week before his return to India picking clothes and toys for the most important girl in his life.

Little did he know that upon his return to India, this would become his whole and sole area of interest. What began as a heartfelt shopping spree for his niece eventually turned into a passion and that is how this amazing Child Products company was born.
