Research Associate (Control Systems/ Building Management Systems)

Role Overview:
This role is ideal for young professionals who have a keen interest in building control systems. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop control algorithms and calculation tools for cooling and facility systems.
- Design control and electrical circuits for building and facility management systems.
- Create control logic for mechanical and electrical systems in laboratory or residential settings. Prepare detailed reports on system performance and document any issues encountered.
- Oversee the routine maintenance of building management systems and associated control wiring to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Collaborate closely with technicians to support project execution, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and technical requirements to team members and supervisors.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in building management systems (BMS).
- Experience in programming and the development of tools is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or a Master’s degree in Computer or Electronics Engineering or a similar related field.
Experience: 2 or more years
