Job Description:

 Role Overview:

This role is ideal for young professionals who have a keen interest in building control systems. The position offers an opportunity to engage in meaningful research that tackles the challenges of energy-efficient cooling in modern buildings. The successful candidate will have access to state-of-the-art testing facilities and infrastructure, enabling them to provide practical insights and contribute to significant advancements in the field.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop control algorithms and calculation tools for cooling and facility systems.
  • Design control and electrical circuits for building and facility management systems.
  • Create control logic for mechanical and electrical systems in laboratory or residential settings. Prepare detailed reports on system performance and document any issues encountered.
  • Oversee the routine maintenance of building management systems and associated control wiring to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Collaborate closely with technicians to support project execution, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and technical requirements to team members and supervisors.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in building management systems (BMS).
  • Experience in programming and the development of tools is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or a Master’s degree in Computer or Electronics Engineering or a similar related field.

Experience: 2 or more years
