Export Sales Coordinator
Job Description:
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Export Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries generated from exhibitions held in the Gulf and Dubai regions, maintain strong coordination with existing clients, and support the export sales process for fire and safety products or industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend and manage inquiry calls and leads received from international exhibitions (Gulf & Dubai).
* Coordinate with existing clients to ensure smooth communication and relationship management.
* Support the sales team in preparing quotations, follow-ups, and order processing.
* Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, and operations) for timely order execution.
* Maintain and update client records, inquiries, and sales reports.
* Assist in developing and implementing export sales strategies.
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of experience in export sales coordination, preferably in fire and safety products or industrial equipment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong coordination, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred Attributes:
* Experience in handling clients from the Middle East region.
* Knowledge of export documentation and procedures will be an added advantage.
