Back Office Executive – Retail Sales Support
Job Description:
Job Role:
The candidate will support retail sales and glass fitting operations through office-based work, including coordination with clients, factory teams, vendors, and fitting staff. The role also involves handling documentation, reports, and order processing. Training will be provided where required.
Key Responsibilities:
• MS Office work (Excel, Word, Email)
• Documentation, reporting, and follow-ups
• Basic calculations and glass measurement (sq.ft / sq.m)
• Client communication through Email and WhatsApp
• Order processing and coordination with factory, vendors, and fitting teams
Candidate Requirements:
• Graduate or Diploma holder
• Experienced candidates or Freshers both can apply
• Basic computer knowledge (CCC level or equivalent)
• Good communication skills
• Basic mathematics understanding
Industry Preference: Glass / Interior / Construction (preferred but not mandatory)
