Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admin for GEM/Tenders role based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

The position involves managing GEM (Government e-Marketplace) and tender documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely submission of bids in line with organizational guidelines.

Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams for required information, preparing and reviewing tender forms, and tracking tender notices and updates.

The role also includes basic finance-related support such as tracking bid-related expenses, assisting with invoicing and payment follow-ups, and maintaining compliance records.

The Admin for GEM/Tenders will interact with customers and government stakeholders professionally, respond to queries, and support smooth administrative operations for the tendering process.

Qualifications

• Junior level 2-3 years' experience
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills to review tender requirements, interpret guidelines, and support accurate bid preparation.
• Administrative Assistance experience, including documentation management, record keeping, and deadline tracking.
• Basic Finance skills to assist with bid costing, invoicing, and monitoring payments related to GEM and tenders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online tender/GEM portals, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Prior experience in government tenders, procurement, or similar administrative roles is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
