Customer Service Executive - Online Assist
Job Description:
Role Objective :
The role requires a detail-oriented and organized sales professional who shall be working on acquiring
customers through various channels including tele marketing and, in the process, provide excellent
customer service while driving revenue growth.
Role Responsibilities
? Inbound support of customers coming online
? Assist customers through tele calling for transacting on the website
? Increase conversions by informing customers about various features available of the website
? Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
? Customer acquisition & retention
? Ensure customer handholding through the entire process
Qualification & Experience Essential/ Desirable Work Experience : 0-2 years of experience in sales profile Essential
Knowledge/Skills :
- Excellent communication skills (English -verbal & written both. Verbal proficiency in Hindi & any regional language -Tamil/ Bengali / Kannada will be a plus)
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
Education : Full-time Graduation (BBA/ B Com/ BA / etc.) from a reputed institute
