Role Objective |
To successfully manage coordinate the day to day operations of the recruitments team. Coordinate between the client and the internal team for better communication and to help in achieving more selections of the candidates and increase the revenue of the company.

Role Responsibilities |
· Get a clear job description from the client, if clear JD is not provided by the client, prepare it in house and get the approval of the client on that · Explain and re-confirm the recruiters understanding of the Job Description · Handle recruitments from time to time depending on the situation · Update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and maintain Data sanctity · Discuss with the reporting manager and assign jobs to the recruitment team a day prior · Assign the same jobs to the social media executive for promotions · Check if the search prepared by the recruiter is correct or not · Check and share the relevant resumes ahead to the client · Inform the relevant Point of Contact about the resumes · Follow up with the Point of Contact / HR / Founder for feedbacks not received within 24 – 48 hours · Co-ordinate and set up interviews · Take interview feedbacks · Take confirmation of joining of candidates · Prepare monthly candidate joining data and sync on the ATS · Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables · Help the management in taking decisions regarding hiring/performance management of the recruiter · Participate / Conduct relevant training for the team · Help in fine tuning of the processes on a regular basis · Be ready to help in growing the company by taking initiatives beyond the job description |
Key Performance Indicators |
· Number of JD’s prepared in a month/quarter/year · Weekly data accuracy maintained in ATS · Data Management of resumes submitted by recruiters · Passage of cross-references of resumes · Assuring that 30-40 interviews are scheduled every day (no. of recruiters * 5 * 0.75) · Ensuring that there is at least one closure / joining every day · Ensuring that monetary target is achieved every month |
