Eligibility Criteria

  • Effective Verbal and Written Communication skills in English
  • Sales/marketing Aptitude
  • Prior inside sales/marketing experience will be an added advantage
  • Flexible to work in a 24X7 environment
  • Structured thought process
  • Self-driven

Key Responsibilities  

ROLE –

  • Managing outbound sales operation and generating leads for and on behalf of clients.
  • Expanding Teams and resources.
  • Effective Communication with Senior Management.
  • Help with growing the team size and client retention
  • Managing assigned Team Leads and Executives effectively to drive maximum productivity.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES –

 

  • Client Communication & Escalation Management
  • Productivity, Attrition, Shrinkage Management.
  • Coordination with inter-dept managers for projects or campaigns
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns with highest efficiency and quality.
  • Improve team productivity by coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Closely work with Client Relationship Managers to effectively grow the clients account at Flexisales.
  • Meet monthly revenue goals and KPIs for self and for team.
  • Create, maintain, and publish productivity and related reports.
  • Experience of incentivizing and motivating a sales focused team
