Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to drive end to end requirements for our business needs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be responsible for making calls and answering customer queries
  • Ensure, follow up with customers
  • Responsible for converting calls into customer orders
  • Ensure generic adoption
  • You will be responsible for cross sales
  • Responsible for achievement of sales target
  • Responsible for constantly improving customer service quality.
  • Ensure basic etiquette and quality of calls
