Sales Head/ Inside Sales Manager (Tele-Sales / Business Development)
🧠Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the inside sales/telesales team to meet revenue goals.

Drive strategic planning and execution to expand market reach.

Monitor KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.

Develop and refine sales processes for efficiency and scalability.

Coach, mentor, and upskill junior sales executives.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and outreach.

Maintain CRM systems and generate performance reports.

🎓 Qualifications

4+ years of experience in B2C/B2B inside sales or business development

Proven team management, handling team target and leadership experience

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)

Experience in skincare, cosmetics, or wellness domain preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
