Customer Service Specialist
Job Description:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, a Customer Service specialist will look after all incoming communication coming into the stakeholders. This will involve inbound and outbound calls and responding to emails. The Role will involve working with multiple stakeholders in order to get seamless and quick communication flowing throughout the company on the customer side.
Key Duties
- First point of contact for customer enquiries via inbound calls/emails and text enquiries.
- Ensuring enquiries are followed up on by the correct team/department.
- Providing customers with timely, accurate and informative answers to enquiries.
- Handling customer objections and helping resolve any issues.
Skills/Experience:
- Able to manage time and escalations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient with computer literacy
- Google Suite competency
- Passionate about customer service
- Experience in Energy Retail is desirable but does not require
