Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional manner
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products and services
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure that their queries are resolved
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database
Achieve weekly and monthly targets as assigned by the management
Continuously develop knowledge of products and services to improve customer service experience
Desired Skills and Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Gujarati / Tamil and Hindi
Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software
